JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State; Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay and the learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are the females and there is general and omnibus allegations against them of having participated in the crime. The assailant of the deceased is one Md. Imtiyaz Ansari. Petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53855 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 are in custody since 15.04.2024 and have clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-4th, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024.
