JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant is said to have been assaulted by five persons including the petitioner and it is stated that the petitioner gave one Lathi blow on the back of informant. The impugned order shows that one grievous injury was found on the right wrist of the informant. The author of the aforesaid injury appears to be co-accused, Mannu. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2015
