JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge has been recovered.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014.
