JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the first information report, the alleged occurrence took place on 03.03.2015 but the informant gave written report on 12.03.2015 and after that, the present case was lodged. Moreover, it was co-accused Deo Narayan Yadav, who is said to have opened fire on the deceased, and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was member of an unlawful assembly.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
