In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I

Patna High Court CWJC No.4261 of 2018 (2) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 deem it fit and proper to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the order of punishment within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the appellate authority within a period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
