The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41530 of 2014, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2014 and up-till-now no prosecution witness has been examined and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded to which learned APP opposes by submitting that against the petitioner there is direct allegation. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No 54 of 2014.
