JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 11-10-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. By order dated 03.10.2017, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with condition that he will make payment of rupees sixty five thousand to the Complainant-Opposite Party No.2 by Demand Draft, which is the amount of one time settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that amount of rupees sixty five thousand has already been received by the Complainant-Opposite Party No.2 in cash on 03.10.2017 and a receipt was given by the Complainant-Opposite Party No.2, Xerox copy of which has been produced in the Court.

No.16970 of 2017 (6) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 In view of such, order dated 03.10.2017 is modified to the extent that in the event petitioner produces valid receipt showing payment of rupees sixty five thousand to the Complainant-Opposite Party No.2 as one time settlement amount and no objection is raised by the Opposite Party No.2 with respect to the aforesaid payment, the Court below will accept bail bond of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 03.10.2017. The order dated 03.10.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No.210C of 2015. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
