The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 173 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Accusation is of recovery of 25 bottles, each containing 180 ML India made foreign liquor concealing in the tiles stored at north of the house of petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged seized liquor was not recovered from the house of the petitioner, rather, the same was recovered from tiles stored in the north of the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.44794 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
