2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 537 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with co-accused Munni Devi kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21,04,2024 having clean antecedent. It is submitted that from the statement of the victim girl before the police that the victim girl has left her house on her own and she was on friendly term with the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is
