The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that his motor-cycle bearing registration no. BR061D/7675 Hero Glamour black colour was stolen. From the possession of the petitioner one passion Hero Honda motorcycle was recovered but
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10644 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 same is not stolen one as it does not tally with the motorcycle of the informant. He is in jail since 16.09.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 184/2014.
