JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 02-09-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
