The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondentAdditional Collector, East Champaran at Motihari to respond to a request made by the District Sub-Registrar, East Champaran at Motihari, through his letter dated 28.04.2017, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-1 to this writ application.

It is the case of the petitioner that because of certain clerical error(s), the petitioner's land has been included in the list of such land, in respect of which there is ban on transfer. Considering the nature of the relief, which the
