2. Pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2025, the S.D.M., Sadar Motihari, East Champaran has appeared.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the repeated proceedings initiated under Section 144 Cr.P.C. on the same plot of land in question. Thrice Section 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding has been initiated for the same plot of land.
