JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 5.10.2017 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur.

It is directed that in case the petitioner files an appeal against the impugned order dated 5.10.2017 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur before the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the Commissioner, Tirhut

Patna High Court CWJC No.3677 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 Division, Muzaffarpur within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order, considering the merits of the appeal.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
