Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ekma P.S.Case no.27/19 dated 28.1.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happens to be father-in-law & mother-in-law and the allegation is demand of dowry. Further allegation is that they killed the deceased by administering poison. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons. As a matter of fact she died natural death due to illness and the dead body was disposed of in front
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46944 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 2019 of her family members but in spite of that the present case has been lodged against the petitioners. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S.Case no.27 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
