The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have defalcated MANREGA Scheme amount of Rs.74,341/- .

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a Programme Officer, Begusarai He further submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 74341/- in the concerned department. The learned APP does not controvert the submission

Considering the aforestated facts and also the submission of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., subject to furnish the receipt of deposited amount of Rs.74341/- in the court below at the time of furnishing of the bail bond which would be subject to the final outcome of the case.
