JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 14-03-2018 Seeking exception to an order dated 19.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 722 of 2018 this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.

In the matter of seeking admission to a B.Ed. course in the University in question the learned Writ Court has found that the minimum mark to be obtained by an aspirant to seek admission is 50 at the Graduation level and 55 mark at the Post Graduate level,

Patna High Court LPA No.331 of 2018 dt.14-03-2018 2/2 whereas the petitioner-appellant has only obtained 47.5 marks at the Graduation level. Finding the petitioner not entitled for admission in view of the non-fulfilling the eligibility criteria the writ petition has been dismissed.

In our considered view, in dismissing the writ petition on such consideration the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration.

The appeal is therefore dismissed.
