The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that there is no material against the petitioner except confessional statement of the coaccused. It is further submitted that there is neither any T.I.Parade not any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014. m.p.
