The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant received superficial injury though the opinion has been reserved. There is counter version of occurrence also and the petitioner has also received injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12139 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2 / 2 today in connection with Siwan (Muffasil)P.S. Case No. 373 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
