Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2021 arising out of Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84784 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge, as contained in Annexure-1 to the bail application. Further, he submits that charge has already been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019.
