JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the I.P.C.

The informant's motorcycle, cash, mobile and other papers were robed. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2010, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12801 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 Vaishali at Hajipur.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
