The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 401, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 137, 147 of Indian Railway Act, 1989.

Allegation is that one lady bag is recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The article, which is said to have been recovered, is a lady hand bag. Same has not been put on T.I.P. to ascertain whether same is stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anwar Shamim, A.C.J.M., Railway, Barauni, Begusarai in connection with G.R. No.31 of 2019 arising out of Barauni Rail P.S. case No.31 of 2019.
