Case No. 384 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections, 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a) 26, 35 of the Arms Act and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were caught on the spot when they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and it is alleged that one cartridge was recovered from conscious possession of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 4676 of 2016 whereas one country made pistol was recovered from possession of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 5214 of 2016. Both the above stated petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 04.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
