JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire on informant who appears to have sustained firearm injury and taking note of the aforesaid fact this Court had rejected prayer for bail of petitioner vide order dated 24.04.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 4499 of 2015, but submission on behalf of petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 23.09.2014 and up till now the trial has not commenced.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner as well as submissions on behalf of parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
