JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1972.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated this case merely on suspicion. Petitioners are not concerned with the alleged illegal excavation. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioners or the area in question to establish complicity of these petitioners. Allegations are not supported by any materials. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
