The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution allegation, in short, is that accused persons have been arrested by the police and various arms were recoveed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019. Chargesheet/prosecution report has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that two live cartridges have been

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapool) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019.
