Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons named in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2202 of 2021(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/3 the F.I.R entered into the house of the informant and started abusing for not fulfilling the demand of extortion. It is further alleged that accused persons started assaulting the informant and when the family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted. The accused persons also misbehaved with the female members of the house. It is alleged against the petitioner that she pelted stones and brick to Anita Devi and Sandhya Kumari who sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a lady. The allegation against the petitioner is of pelting stones and causing injuries to Anita Devi and Sandhya Kumari. The injury reports of Anita Devi and Sandhya Kumari have been brought on record as Annexure-2 which show the injuries to be simple in nature.

Case No. 47 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
