Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and is being tried for the offences punishable under sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court and this second bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner is in jail custody since 7.7.2014 and charge against him was framed on 28.8.2015 but in spite of giving several adjournments to prosecution, not a single prosecution witness could be examined.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
