The petitioner has filed the instant writ application for a direction to the respondents to accept the form of Diploma in Elementary Education Course, for which the petitioner has applied On-line on 15.09.2017, but due to mistake of the respondent Headmaster, the form of the petitioner could not be processed ahead. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexures- 4 and 5 where the headmaster of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3690 of 2018 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 school as well as the District Education Officer, Siwan noted the error committed by the respondents themselves and recommended to the Nodal Officer-cum-Joint Director, Primary Education for favourable consideration of the case of the petitioner.

In view of the fact that vide Annexures- 4 and 5 concerned officials have recommended the case of the petitioner for appropriate decision by the Nodal Officer-cum-Joint Director, Primary Education, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Nodal Officer-cum-Joint Director, Primary Education (respondent no.7) to take final decision in the light of Annexures- 4 and 5 expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in view of the fact that the cut of year for obtaining training certificate is 2019.
