The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2069(C) of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured his wife. The petitioner was married with the complainant on 20.02.2010. The complainant alleged that for the first time, on 05.01.2014, the petitioner demanded Rs.3 lacs cash and a motorcycle and assaulted the complainant. Since then she is living in her parent's house. Again her husband came on 28.04.2018 and demanded Rs.5

It appears from the averment made in the complaint petition that the complainant herself living in the house of her parents since 05.01.2014 but she filed the complaint petition only on 11.05.2018 i.e. after four years from the date she left the house of her husband. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.2069(C) of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
