Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 337, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case. The injury said to be caused by the petitioner was found simple by the Doctor. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patahi Police Station Case No.85 of 2020, G.R.No.3669 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2046 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
