JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 In this case, while granting provisional bail to the petitioner, a Co-ordinate Bench directed him to file an affidavit giving details of the owner of the vehicle and certain other facts. Subsequently, a supplementary affidavit has been filed today in the Court itself, after serving the same upon learned APP. If further transpires from the order dated 19.05.2022 that Sri Vikas Kumar, SC-11 was directed to submit report on behalf of the I.G. Prohibition as well as Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, but no such report has been filed till date. The report was to be filed with regard to non-mentioning of details in the seizure list when the recovery of such huge quantity of foreign liquor was made.

It seems the State is least-bothered about presenting its case before the Court. Since State is not interested in

Having regard to the facts mentioned in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.05.2022 is confirmed.

The matter stands disposed of.
