The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 220 of 2013 arising out of Fenhara P.S. Case No. 40 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 448, 307/34 and later on added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of 10th Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 05.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33050 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 14.08.2012.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8490 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
