It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statements, nothing was found against the petitioners in course of investigation.

No doubt, petitioners do carry some criminal antecedent but considering the materials available against the petitioners in the present case, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
