2. The petitioners seek quashing of FIR bearing Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024, registered for offences under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 368, 389, 34 and 120B of Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the parties referring to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46324 of 2025(4) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 Annexure-P/4 has submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise without any threat, promise or coercion and have amicably resolved their dispute by an agreement dated 17.10.2025.
4. In such view of the matter, the present FIR, wherein no public money is involved and the case is primarily of monetary dispute, the FIR bearing Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024, is hereby quashed.
