The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302/201/427 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of the Damage of Public Property Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 9/10/13/16/18/20/21/22 of the U.A.P. Act.
The allegation of commission of the offences alleged is against a mob and the informer of the police reported that the petitioner was also involved in the case. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice through email has already been served on the respondent-State of Bihar.

No.2082 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.28 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
