Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor any incriminating article was

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) Police Station Case No.49 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
