JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-02-2018 This application has been filed for correction of the vehicle number which was directed to be released on 29.11.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.17273 of 2017 and thereafter again modified on 20th December, 2017. It is stated that in both these orders, the particulars of a vehicle is mentioned as "BR 38J 0642". This is an error because of mentioning the wrong number of the vehicle in the prayer portion of the writ petition. However, the correct number of the vehicle is 'BR 38J 0624'. Taking note of the aforesaid submission, we have gone through the original records of the writ petition and we find that even though in the pleadings of the writ petition, Vehicle number is shown as "BR 38J 0642", but in the document annexed, particularly the FIR and the statement of persons, the vehicle number is shown as 'BR 38J 0624'.

Patna High Court MJC No.507 of 2018(2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 Keeping in view, we allow this application and direct that the vehicle be released in pursuance to the order passed on 29.11.2017 and further on 20. 12.2017 in the same case, the vehicle number be read as "BR 38J 0624" in stead of "BR 38J 0642".
