The petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. From the possession of the petitioner nine tins containing engine oil and one empty tin were recovered.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely, Sonu Kumar and Ajay Mahto have already been enlarged on bail by this Court. The petitioner is in jail since 31.07.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9303 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case no. 133 of 2014.
