According to the prosecution case itself, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and except criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sadan Lal Priyadarshi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi (Patna)/concerned court in Dhanarua P.S. Case no. 231/2014.
