The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.05.2016, passed in Deficit Stamp Case No.01 of 2015 (Jamui), as contained in Annexure-1, issued by Respondent No.4, the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Munger Division, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to deposit the deficit stamp with penalty and interest on delayed payment.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.2446 of 2018(2) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 application with a liberty to prefer appeal against the impugned order.

The writ application is permitted to be withdrawn. It is expected from the appellate authority that if such appeal is filed against the impugned order dated 16.05.2016 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with an application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal, then the appellate authority may consider the same, keeping in view the fact that writ application was pending before this Court since 07.02.2018.

For the next three weeks, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned order dated 16.05.2016, Deficit Stamp Case No.01 of 2015 (Jamui), as contained in Annexure-1, issued by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Munger Division.
