The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with I.F. Case No. 161 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 17(1), 27, 29, 34 (1) and 50 WLP Act, 1927 and Sections 26, 66, 66(A) and 52 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

No.4813 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 In view of the allegation that the petitioners, who are Adivasi, are residing in the forest area to earn their livelihood, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No.161 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
