Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the petitioner allegedly assaulted and killed her step daughter and later on, threw her dead body into a pond.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-06-2022. Charge sheet has already been

As per allegation, it is suspected that the petitioner killed her step daughter and threw the dead body into a pond. It has further been submitted that from the postmortem report, it is evident that the deceased died due to drowning. No external or internal injury was found on her body.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
