2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024 dated 15.08.2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the alleged stolen motorcycles were never recovered from the house of the petitioner as the seizure list does not contain the signature of any of the family members of the petitioner and a false story was created by the police officials to implicate the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46899 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the recovery of two motorcycles from the house of the petitioner which are suspected to be stolen and keeping in view the petitioner's one criminal antecedent and pendency of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer stands rejected.
