JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case has been lodged on the basis of Complaint petition which was filed on 16.08.2014 in respect of an occurrence which is said to have taken place between 14.06.2014 to 23.07.2014. Moreover, it is admitted case of the prosecution that victim left the home in the company of petitioner and other F.I.R named accused and subsequently, co-accused Sumer Yadav returned to his village and gave information that the victim had fallen from the train. Petitioner and co-accused Satyendra Yadav returned after one week of returning of Sumer Yadav. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3215 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S.case No. 210 of 2015.
