Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 on the accusation that he established physical relation with the informant on false promise of marriage. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has admitted that petitioner has solemnized his marriage with her at Durga Mandir.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
