Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the FIR names persons including these petitioners armed with lathi, danda and rod entered the house of the informant and co-accused Md. Sahil and Md. Sahrukh assaulted over the head of the informant by means of rod causing fracture on head.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in Phulwaria P.
