Patna High Court CWJC No.15621 of 2019 dt.06-12-2022 2/3 "That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding the respondents to pay the compensation amount of Rs.15 Lac to the petitioner as per annexure-2 to this writ application and for other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under law as well as facts of this writ application." Shri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation, states that if the petitioner were to prefer an application before the competent authority i.e. the Respondent No. 4 namely, The Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division (West), Muzaffarpur, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.

As such, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the said respondent.
