The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended Surendra Yadav @ Bhushan and from his possession, different articles including arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner is said to have fled away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is submitted that Surendra Yadav @ Bhushan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34327 of 2012. The petitioner is in jail since 15.07.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
