2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 127(2), 318(4), 143, 338, 336(3), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons, after collecting Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- from minor children on the false promises of providing them job, kept them on different places of the city and they exploited them physically/mentally by manipulating the documents obtained from them showing minors as adults.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No aggrieved person has given any information about their physical or mental harassment. In course of investigation, no direct or indirect evidence has come against

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that police recovered 79 minor children and 495 adult from several houses of co-accused persons after conducting raids. In para-5, 6, 7 and 8 of the case diary, the witnesses examined during course of investigation, have corroborated the version of F.I.R. In para-44 and 45 of the case diary, victims have also supported the prosecution case. earlier also, networking company was founded by co-accused Anamul Ansari and the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
